Y2K fixes for FIND and PEEK I found in alt.sys.pdp10.  It might 
conflict with some of the other patches in this directory, because it 
probably fixes the same bugs, just in a slightly different way.    --rtc

Both these "fixes" still output 2-digit years.
The fixes in Y2K DIFF all use 4-digit years.   --paul
